We started with the sage Act program
when we started our business in Sept. 2004 for scheduling
purposes. Realizing later that I would need an accounting
program I decided to go with Peachtree Accounting because of
the way the program links to the Act program making the
programs together great. Once I got the program I have to
tell you I was totally lost. I never had any accounting
training. I received Shirley Byard's name from a contact of
hers. The day that I contacted Shirley was day of relief. A
program that I opened once a week to do payroll is now
opened every day. She is such a great help I purchased her
special that she offers to contact her any time for one year
and she is someone that means it. I can email her with a
problem and she gets back to me in a timely manner and when
I call her it is never a problem for her to help. I
sometimes feel like I may be bothering her because I am
still learning the program but she always has a cheerful
